We seek to rise the cost of the terrorism

In the wake of the deliberate U.S. military attack on the Minab school, which killed 120 students, 26 teachers, and a number of others present, a group of Iranian teachers and education specialists launched a campaign titled “+168” The campaign reflects the Iranian educational community’s sense of responsibility in the face of violations against the safety of children and educational environments anywhere in the world. It was created to pursue this massacre through documented, legal, and ethical channels, while also drawing public and international attention to the urgent need to protect children in times of crisis. The +168 Campaign is grounded in the principles of international humanitarian law and in comparable global experiences from other places such as Hiroshima and Gaza. It underscores that schools must remain safe spaces for learning and growth—not scenes of deliberate killing. The founders of the initiative believe that children, everywhere in the world, are among the most vulnerable groups, and that protecting their lives is a global responsibility. The campaign is run through the voluntary cooperation of teachers, researchers, social activists, and legal experts. Its efforts focus on documentation, the pursuit of justice, and building solidarity among people around the world to help prevent such massacres from happening again. Emphasizing human conscience and civic responsibility, the +168 Campaign calls for a global effort to condemn such deliberate attacks, protect children, and guarantee the safety of educational centers under all circumstances.
